Ardnamurchan Distillery on Scotland's west coast crafts outstanding single malt Scotch whisky, blending traditional methods with sustainability. Operated by Adelphi Distillery Ltd., it uses local resources, a hydroelectric generator, and biomass boilers. The whisky matures in coastal air, gaining a unique character. Each bottle features a blockchain-enabled QR code for transparent traceability from barley to bottle, connecting consumers to the land. 

This specific bottling is the first cask strength expression of theirs in 2023. True and unbridled Ardnamurchan awesomeness in its purest form, in a large sum to boot! This release comes from about 50 barrels from around 2016/2017 so there's enough to go around.

Nose: Coastal peat smoke, vanilla and tangy and bright citrus zest.

Palate: Maritime peat, ripe orchard fruit, warm oak and a gentle, warm black pepper spice.

Finish: Lingering peat with a subtle seaweed salinity.
