Nose: Smokey Bacon frazzles on Vegemite toast covered with honey and butter.

Palate: Sweet, lightly syrupy in texture, and smokier than the nose, with papaya, lemon, salty green olives, black treacle bacon and a lingering and slightly medicinal peat smoke

Finish: Like a warm hug by someones who has just been to a smoke pit
