We love us some Phil, Simon & Jack ... and we really love their Dornoch whisky!  With old school whisky-making knowhow, low and slow fermentation and more funk than James Brown in his heyday, there something exciting and different in each cask.

As it's so hard to get hold of these bottlings, we thought we'd give you a chance to try our cherry-picked selection across the single cask bottle that we have.

The casks in this pack, with as much nerdy information as we can muster, are:

Cask 54 - 4Yr - 1st fill Bourbon cask 100L - Mar 22 - Brewers C yeast.
Cask 32 - 5Yr - 1st Fill Bourbon Octave  - Feb 23 - Brewers C yeast.
Cask 35 - 6 Yr - 1st Fill Bourbon Octave - Oct 23 - Brewers C yeast - 10 Days fermentation.
Cask 130 - 5 Yr - Ex Islay 100L/ Ex-Koval - Brewers Q yeast - 7 Days fermentation.
2 x Ex Islay Quart - 5 Yr - Maris Otter grain - Jan 25 - R/Rr yeast - 9 Days fermentation.

    1. Standard deliver: Orders placed on Tuesday-Friday before 2pm will normally be despatched the same day and arrive within 48 hours.
