Filey Bay is an exciting new English distillery that was opened up in 2016. The distillery takes pride in its 'field to bottle' practices as all the practices from beginning to end happen in and around the distillery. 

This specific bottling is a mixture of both ex-bourbon cask and virgin oak casks giving a lovely balance between sweet caramel and lovely oak spice.

Nose: Banana fritters, buttered tea cakes, clotted cream, and floral malt with toffee drizzles

Palate: Sweet, tropical dried fruits are backed by layers of buttery barley and soft, creamy oaken vanilla, beneath that toasted oak and cinnamon make an appearance

Finish: An easy going finish boasting extra vanilla cream, cough drops, and mega tasty stone fruits.
