Filey Bay is an exciting new English distillery that was opened up in 2016. The distillery takes pride in its 'field to bottle' practices as all the practices from beginning to end happen in and around the distillery. 

This specific bottling is their delicious Flagship bottling that has been finished of in ex-bourbon casks, highlighting what the distillery has to offer really well.

Nose: Very fresh with notes of creamy peaches, apricots and malt

Palate: Sweet rich flavours such as honeycomb, chocolate bourbons, 

Finish: medium finish full of ginger bread, orange oil and a slight floral note
