This six-year-old release from The Glasgow Distillery showcases their first use of French Apple Brandy Casks combined with their unpeated double distilled whisky. Initially matured in a first fill ex-bourbon cask, this release has been finished for two years and five months in a Calvados barrel to gain notes of fresh green apples, poached pears, baked apple pie, and a long-lasting nutmeg spice.

Nose
Fresh green apples and poached pear on the nose complemented by vibrant vanilla and citrus, with hints of baking spices and dark fruits.
Palate
The palate is packed with freshly sliced apple, tropical fruit, hints of kiwi, vanilla custard, stone fruits and a slight oak spice.
Finish
Long and satisfying with notes of caramel and baked apple pie with a dusting of nutmeg
