Their previous bottling of double distilled spirit finished in a Tequila Cask was so popular that they decided to go one step further. This release showcases their delicate and floral triple distilled whisky that has initially been matured in first fill ex-bourbon, before a finishing period of two and half years in a Tequila barrel. Bottled at 55.3% ABV and with only 272 bottles made, this a limited-edition release with notes of rich honey, lemon and lime citrus, honeydew melon, and milk chocolate.

Nose
On the nose expect notes of rich honey, lemon and lime citrus, hints of vanilla and soft floral undertones
Palate
The palate explodes with fresh tropical fruits; pineapple, white grapefruit, and fresh honeydew melon balanced against vanilla, creamy maltiness and hints of lemongrass.
Finish
Long and pronounced with delicate notes of fresh coconut, milk chocolate and a subtle white pepper spice.
