Kinahan's has introduced The Kasc Project, which is really leaning into the upper echelons of innovation. Each cask has been constructed from five different types of wood, think patch work or Frankenstein. Portuguese, American, French and Hungarian oak, as well as chestnut are used to create a taste profile like no either. The result is a complex blend marrying all different types of cask just all in one.

Nose Juicy autumnal fruit, namely plum, alongside pear and apple crumble. Sweeter aromas of rich caramel and pineapple peek through, supported by a spicy undertone.

Palate Somewhat syrups, with prominent charred oak, barbecued mango and more caramelised tropical fruit with a scattering of vanilla pod. Creamy fruit and nut chocolate drizzled with runny caramel.

Finish Aromatic, Christmassy notes of nutmeg and clove, orange oil and brown sugar, with caramelised pineapple.
