Aon, meaning 'one' in Gaelic, is Nc'Nean's single cask series.   Aon 18-443 is their cask release specifically only for UK Indie shops .... like us! 

This has been in an STR (super-charged Shaved, Toasted, Recharred) Red Wine cask all the way since 2017 so has tons going on on the flavour front:

Nose: A sticky bag of toffees, maybe with a couple of rum ones thrown in.

Palate: Bright and jammy; like Einstein had too many plums in his garden.  

Finish: Caramel complexity, with light tannins (made from feathers?) and oak balancing the sweetness, like Egyptian mythology.

ABV: 57.1%
