The Nc'Nean distillery, founded in 2013, is tucked away in the Scottish Highlands and pride themselves on having a focus on being an environmentally conscious distillery. All of them are committed to using organic and sustainable methods to create whisky with a green twist. Their lively and refreshing demeanour complements their natural surroundings. Ideal for people seeking a contemporary, eco-friendly flavour in their Scotch whisky.

The Quiet Rebels range is dedicated to the lovely peeps that work at Nc'Nean and make It what it Is. This specific bottling is dedicated to Lorna who was actually the first employee at the distillery. This whisky has been make up of a combination of ex-bourbon casks and ex-Pineau des Charentes casks making a fruity, creamy and delicious dram!

Nose: Caramel, lemon and orange oil, ripe peaches and apricots

Palate: Creamy peaches, Freshly baked banana bread and Grapefruit

Finish: lovely little spiciness with some fruity warmth
