Although it is still relatively new, Scotch Universe is a widely recognised independent bottler of Scotch Whiskies with a global presence. The brains behind Scotch Universe have a wealth of whisky industry experience between them, and they have joined forces to provide excellent spirits with a great deal of effort.

This particular bottling is a delightful 13yo Glentauchers, bit of a hidden power house of a distillery with lots of character. One of the main components of Chivas Regal, this whisky bottled by the Universe fellas is some tasty juice. 

Nose: A food fight against an oak barrel with strawberries and raspberries 

Palate: Little bit bitter sweet, spices like cinnamon and nutmegs, a little bit of funk (we love the funk) and lots of wood

Finish: Finish is long, oaky, a little bit dry and cask strength is warming
