Although it is still relatively new, Scotch Universe is a widely recognised independent bottler of Scotch Whiskys with a global presence. The brains behind Scotch Universe have a wealth of whisky industry experience between them, and they have joined forces to provide excellent spirits with a great deal of effort. They have a very strong space theme with their bottlings (if you couldn't already tell), and have gone coded details about the bottling bellow the name for some added chin stroking. 

This specific release is from Teaninich, which was established in 1817, and is a Highland single malt whisky producer. It's part of Diageo and has an annual capacity of 10.2 million liters. Despite its size, Teaninich remains relatively unknown as a whisky in its own right so a great opportunity to see what the distillery has to offer! 

Nose: Vanilla, dust, peaches, apples, a polished quality, hints of glue, and notes of cherries.

Palate: A meadow of flowers, infused with vanilla, ripe peaches, crisp apples, subtle leather and tobacco undertones, and a touch of zesty orange peel.

Finish: fruity and leathery
