The Cheshire single malt whisky is distilled and bottles Weetwood brewery, now distillery. In the thick of, you guessed it Cheshire, this english distillery has been releasing some tasty liquid and experimenting with different cask finishes to boot. 

This specific bottling is their first ever release and they hit the ground running. The guys at Weetwood have been usuing barley to make cracking ales so it was only time till they went one step further and started making whisky!

Nose: "Baked apple and custard, with a lingering tropical and floral note of jasmine and orange blossom"

Palate: "Malty and creamy, highlighted with nuttiness, tobacco bitterness and orchard fruits."

Finish: "warm pepperiness, mellowed out with sweet caramelised pineapple"
