This marks the debut of Irish whiskey in the collection from indie bottler The Heart Cut, and it’s a special collaboration with Louise McGuane of J.J. Corry! Together, they delved into Louise’s “warehouse of flavours,” handpicking a selection of Irish pot still, grain, and single malt whiskeys to craft the blend. Two components were aged in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, while the other two enjoyed finishing in oloroso and Pajarete casks. Limited to just 519 bottles, this release is a true celebration of Irish whiskey artistry.
