This specific bottling is a mysterious single malt made up from the vating of two sherry butts (hehe) 

Nose: Citrus fruit salad, heavy barley notes, some dry wine and sherry characteristics.

Palate: Big Barley flavours paired with some citrus - likening it to some lemon Robinsons barley water squash just with a bit more punch. Sherry cask finish shows itself in some slight raisins notes.

Finish: Ginger, citrus peel, sultanas, and the influence of Amontillado Sherry.
