White Peak Distillery, founded in 2016 in the Peak District, England, is known for its artisanal English whisky, including the distinctive "Wire Works". This relatively new yet highly respected distillery. They prioritise sustainability and quality and have fast become a notable player in the English whisky and craft spirits scene. The Wire Works bottles are inspired by an unspooling bit of wire, a reference to the fact that the distillery is based in an old wire factory.

This specific bottling was intentionally produced with different cut points to their previous releases to create more richer fruit flavours 

Nose: Hints of lemon meringue pie, complemented by sweet vanilla marshmallow and biscuity grain, alongside charred tropical fruit notes.

Palate: Indulgent caramel, toasted oats, hints of candied citrus, and a subtle touch of peat.

Finish: Finish is smooth with a mix of peppery spice and oak that melds seamlessly.
